Sectional Tanking for a High Fashion storage area in W1K

A high end fashion storage room had seen some degradation in an aging tanking system in their basement.
Sovereign were asked buy their commercial surveyors to treat the area with sectional tanking to prevent any damage from occurring to any of the stock.
The areas of degradation were removed and a new tanking system applied linking to the existing to provide a suitable environment for the stock.
Project Requirements
The dampness and seepage to the stock room was very minor and was seen as a preventative measure to protect the stock.
The work has to be done whilst the business was in operation so require the removal of all stock and as much dust control measures as possible.
The job was carried out without any damage to the stock and no downtime for the business.
